Rodney Dewaine Perks, 58 years, of Excelsior Springs, passed away on Saturday, January 16, 2021, surrounded by friends and family. He was born on Tuesday January 1, 1963 in St Joseph, the son of the late John and LaDica Charlene (née Stowell) Perks. He married Darlene Hagerman on December 28, 1985. Graveside Service will be held on Thursday, Jan 21 at 2:00 PM at Hillcrest Cemetery. Rodney loved his family and friends and no was not an option when it came to them. He enjoyed working on cars. His downstime was spent at the lake where he enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, and fishing. He loved football and was a huge Chiefs fan. Services will be officiated by Keith Carrel.
