Jeffrey A Isaac, 67 years, of Excelsior Springs, passed away on Saturday January 30, 2021 at Liberty Hospital. He was born on Monday May 18, 1953 in Kansas City, the son of the late Melvin and the late Gertrude (née Riggs) Isaac. Survivors Include: • Esther (Riggs) Campbell, aunt, of Gulfport, MS • Doris (Riggs) Letow, aunt, of San Antonio, TX Jeffrey was preceded in death by: • Melvin L Isaac, father • Gertrude O (Riggs) Isaac, mother Jeff graduated from Excelsior Springs High School, Class of '71. He attended CMSU in Warrensburg, where he was a member of the TEK fraternity, eventually earning a Masters Degree in Sociology. He spent most of his "working" years in either Houston or Austin, Texas. He was a big fan of the Texas Longhorns. A private burial will be held at a later date.
