David Charles Trotter, 56 years, of Blue Springs, Missouri, passed away on Wednesday, February 24, 2021, at St Mary's Medical Center. He was born on Thursday, June 4, 1964, in Torrance, California, the son of the late Robert and the late Patricia (Deatherage) Trotter. David married Sharon Sargent on July 27, 1985, in Joplin, Missouri. Survivors Include: • Sharon Trotter, wife, of Lee's Summit, MO • Justin Lee (Stephanie Marcott) Trotter, son, of Independence, MO • Preston Dean (Christina) Trotter, son, of Lee's Summit, MO • Laura Trotter, granddaughter, of Lee's Summit, MO • Brothers and Sisters • many nieces and nephews In addition to his parents, David was preceded in death by: • 4 sisters David never met a stranger and loved playing jokes and being a trickster. He was an excellent truck driver and enjoyed training new up-and-coming drivers. Many people my know him by his handle "Butterbean". He was very giving and generous and would do anything to help a child in need. He was also a fighter and a hero. .
