Sharon Rue Manheim, 80, passed away February 26,2021, at North Kansas City Hospital. Sharon was born December 14, 1940 in Excelsior Springs, MO, to Raymond L. Swafford and Mavis Lorraine (Plummer) Swafford. Sharon's greatest passion was her family. She and her companion Ben enjoyed traveling the southerner states, such as Texas and Alabama. Sharon had a real talent for crafts. She enjoyed macramé, sewing, painting, tending to her flowers and planting of small garden. She would always say this expression to her loved ones " I love you", " I love you more". Sharon will be dearly missed by her beloved family, Ben, and friends. Sharon is survived by her three children; Valerie (Stephen) Foster of Lawson, Blane Manheim of Lawson, and Galen (Toni) Manheim of Pittsburg, PA, seven grandchildren; Ian, Dana, Dakota, Dalton, Niko, Sophia, and Lillian, Her Companion; Ben Wilt whom she loved to travel with. Sharon is preceded in by her late husband Clarence Robert Manheim, parents; Raymond L. and Mavis Lorraine Swafford, son; Shawn. Service at a later date.
