John Thomas Fisher, 90 years, of Orrick, Missouri, passed away on Wednesday, March 24, 2021. He was born on Friday, October 17, 1930, in Higbee, Missouri, the son of the late John and the late Edna (née Thornhill) Fisher. John married Ella Reed on July 4, 1950, in Higbee, Missouri. Together they shared 70 years of marriage, raised 4 daughters and 1 son in Orrick, Missouri. John worked as a Line Runner for Gas Service Company, from where he retired in 1988. Survivors Include: • Ella Fisher, wife, of Orrick, MO • Brenda Lee, daughter, of Liberty, MO • Angela Fisher, daughter, of Maryville, MO • 1 son • 6 grandchildren • 10 great-grandchildren John was preceded in death by: • Julia Fisher, daughter • Cynthia Fisher, daughter Visitation will be held on Tuesday, Mar 30,2021, from 1:00 to 2:00 PM at Hidden Valley Funeral Home of Excelsior Springs. The Funeral Service will follow at 2 pm. Burial will be at Hillcrest Cemetery following the funeral. Services will be officiated by Terry Dean.
