Debra Elliot, 59, passed away, April 9, 2021, Excelsior Spring, MO. Debbie was born August 23, 1961, in Kansas City, MO to the late Charles and Joann Elliott. Debbie is survived by daughter; Nicole Lichte, son; Zachary Johnston, sister; Gena Willis, brother; Gary Elliot, and grandchildren; Leni, Dylan, Joey, and Levi.
