Bobby Dale Wanger, 60, of Excelsior Springs, Missouri, passed away Saturday, May 22, 2021, in North Kansas City, Missouri. Bob was born December 2, 1960, in Omaha, Nebraska. He is the first born son of the late Dale Eugene and the late Barbara Ann Wanger. Bob loved his family and took great pride in his only grandchild, Maverick. His favorite things to do was watch movies, his favorites were John Wayne. His eye would light up following a huge smile every time he'd get a new one from his son. He is survived by one son: Michael Dean Knox, one daughter-in-law: Kristin Bishop Knox, and one grandson: Maverick Dean Knox, all of Gladstone, Missouri; one sister: Carolyn Jolene Creason, of Excelsior Springs, Missouri; and one brother: Paul Anthony Wanger, of Prathersville, Missouri. Bob was preceded in death by his parents Dale and Barbara Wanger. A Private Memorial Service will be held. Memorial contributions may be made in Bob's name to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
