Mr. Gerald L. Elliot passed into the loving arms of his savior at Liberty Hospital, July 31, 2021. Gerald was the son of Elvin P. and Velma (Cary) Elliott born on June 11, 1942. Gerald married Sue Ann Coffey on September 21, 1961, they were blessed with four children, David, Robert, Tammy, and Shawn. Gerald graduated from Carrollton High School with the class of 1961. He retired from General Motors, Fairfax, MO, after 34.4 years he retired in 2003 of dedicated service. He always was willing to lend a helping hand to anyone that was in need. Gerald is survived by his wife Sue (Coffey) Elliot, one son; Robert Dale of Elkhorn, MO, one daughter; Tammy (Terry) Penniston of Excelsior Springs, MO, two brothers; Kenneth Elliott of Wood Heights, MO, Daniel Elliot of Lawson, MO, one sister; Janice (Calvin) Walden of Excelsior Springs, MO, five grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. Gerald is preceded in death my his parents Elvin and Velma Elliott, one brother; Joseph Elliott, two sons; David Wayne Elliott and Shawn Edward Elliott. Celebration of Life at a later date.
