LaDonna Way, 74, of Excelsior Springs, Missouri passed away November 12, 2021 at Excelsior Springs Nursing and Rehab. Visitation will be held from 5-6:30 pm, on November 17, 2021 at Hidden Valley Funeral Home of Excelsior Springs. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm, Thursday November 18, 2021 at Hidden Valley Funeral Home of Excelsior Springs Missouri. LaDonna Way was born March 14, 1947 in Kansas City, Missouri to Robert and Georgia Foley, but was raised by Sam and Harriet Ivy. She married the love of her life, Clifford Way, on May 25, 1965. She was a waitress, homemaker and wife of a trucker. She loved music and dancing. She also enjoyed crocheting and crafting. LaDonna loved her kids, her grandkids and her great-grandkids. She was preceded in death by her parents Robert and Georgia, Sam and Harriet Ivy, son Robert Clifford Way, brothers Jake Ivy, Sonny Montavy, Mike Montavy, Danny Montavy, Raymond Montavy and Larry Montavy, sisters Earlene Barker, Joyce May, Carol Brown, and Pat Rice. Survivors include her husband Clifford Way of the home, children Cassie Edmisten of Excelsior Springs, Missouri, Daniel Way of Excelsior Springs, Missouri, Lottie Holder (Rick) of Wakita, Oklahoma, brother Kenny (Debbie) Montavy of Independence, Missouri, sister Beverly (Bud) Warren of Independence, Missouri, six grandkids, thirteen great grandkids, and lots of nieces and nephews.
