Janice "Sue" Trautloff, 79, of Excelsior Springs, Missouri passed away at North Kansas City Hospital on November 14, 2021. Sue was born on March 7, 1942 to Glen Theodore and Mary Hellen Garouette. Sue graduated from DeKalb High School in DeKalb, Missouri in 1960. On May 22, 1965 Sue married Leo Trautloff, they were married in Atchison, Kansas. In 1969 Leo and Sue moved to Excelsior Springs, Missouri. Sue worked at SS Kresege as an office clerk, after she married Leo and they moved to Excelsior Springs she started a job at AVSCO. She retired from there in 2002. She lost her husband Leo in 1985 and in 1989 Sue met Jack McCoy. They were together for 11 years before he passed away. She attended Excelsior Springs Baptist Church where she crocheted items for the Christmas shoeboxes. She loved crocheting, reading, and playing games on her computer. She loved her family and her church friends very much, but most importantly she loved her little dog, Precious. Sue is preceded in death by her parents, husband Leo, partner Jack, sisters Beverly and Carol, and brother Jimmie. She is survived by many family and friends.
