Dennis Lockwood 73 of Excelsior Springs Mo passed away December 3 at Excelsior Springs Hospital. Visitation will be held 10-11am on 12/09 at Hidden Valley graveside services will be held at 12 pm Thursday, December 9, 2021 at Old Mt Zion Cemetery, Liberty Mo. Mr Lockwood was born 5-3-48 in Excelsior Springs Hospital: Excelsior Springs Mo. Dennis enjoyed camping, fishing, listing to old country music and drinking coffee. He was married to Betty for 29 years. He was always a happy person and was never shy about talking to a stranger, He served 4 years in the Navy. He was preceded in death by Father-William Howard Lockwood, Stepmother-Flora Lockwood, Mother- Jane Gulbrandson, Stepfather-Kenny Gulbrandson. Survivors- Wife-Betty Lockwood, Son- Daniel Lockwood, Daughter-n-law Ashleigh Lockwood, 2 granddaughters-Audrey and Mya Lockwood, Sister- Wilma Smith, Brother-n-law JR Smith, Sister-Patty Bauserman, Sister Penny Foster, Sister- Cathi Witt. Several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
