Loyd W. Isley, 74, of Excelsior Springs, Missouri passed away on December 18, 2021 at his home. A funeral service will be held at 10am, Tuesday, December 28, 2021 at Liberty Church of Christ. Visitation will be held following the funeral from 4-6pm on Tuesday, December 28, 2021 at Liberty Church of Christ. Mr. Isley was born on May 7, 1947 in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Loyd "Wayne" Isley was a man with many different sides. He was a good old country boy that loved horses, John Wayne, and never went anywhere unless he was wearing his jeans, cowboy hat, and boots, even to church. He was preceded in death by wife Mary Ginny Isley, parents Loyd and Edith Isley, and great grandson Kaiber Lee Williams. Survivors include his brother Larry Isley, children; Kathy (Steve) Eisenhower, LeeAnn (Shannon) Anderson, MaryLee (Matthew) Smith, Robert Isley, step-children; Philip (Jennifer) Pavilek, Renee Gass, and Micheal Pavilek, 19 grandchildren, and 16 great grandchildren. Wayne loved his kids, grandkids, and his church family. He never met a stranger, he would strike up a conversation with anyone and talk forever.
