Carolyn Yvonne Sampson, 82, of Kearney, Missouri, passed away on Monday, January 24, 2022. She was born on Tuesday, October 3, 1939 in Edenton, North Carolina, the daughter of the late Palmer and the late Ruby (née Williams) Tynch. She married Earl Malick, Jr on August 27, 1995 in Edenton, North Carolina. She was a loving wife to James Sampson, her first husband, and Earl Malick, Jr; a loving mother to three sons: James, David and Jimmy. She enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren. She kept in touch with the friends she made over the years. She enjoyed gardening and houseplants. Family members remember her for decorating the house for holidays.
