Dan Roehl, age 64, of Liberty, Missouri, went to live with Jesus on Friday, March 4, 2022. Dan was born in Saginaw, Michigan, on December 31, 1957. His family moved to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania when he was a small child. He became a life-long Steeler fan and a lover of golf. Dan coached basketball with high school boys and girls. He was truly a devoted husband, stepdad, and granddad. Dan is survived by his wife, Margi, married for 39 years; his stepdaughter, Anita and son-in-law and friend, Brian; two granddaughters, Jennifer and Jessica; two siblings, Tom and Patti; and many wonderful cousins, co-workers, and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Rosemarie Roehl, and his brother John. Visitation will be held from 11am to 12 pm, followed by a Celebration of Life at 12pm on Friday, March 18, 2022 at Hidden Valley Funeral Home of Liberty. This will include refreshments. The eulogy will be given by a long-time friend, Pastor Brian Adams, plus some remarks from Dan's brother, Tom. In lieu of flowers, please make a contribution to the American Cancer Society.
