Norene Vernon, 77, of Excelsior Springs, Missouri passed away May 10, 2022 at Liberty Hospital. Visitation will be held at 11:00AM on May 18, 2022 at Hidden Valley Funeral Home of Excelsior Springs. Funeral services will be held at 12:00PM on May 18, 2022 at Hidden Valley Funeral Home of Excelsior Springs. Mrs. Vernon was born November 23, 1944 in Kansas City, Missouri. Dennis and Norene were married on November 9, 1962. She was preceded in death by her father Norris Groves and mother Nina (Hanks) Groves, sister Katheryn Urie and brother Norris (Jeff) Groves. Survivors include her husband Dennis Vernon, sons Brian (Jacqueline) Vernon and Eric (Jennifer) Vernon and four grandchildren.
