Beverly Wendel, 62, of Holt, passed away peacefully, Wednesday, March 18, 2020, surrounded by her entire family at her home in Holt, Missouri. There will be a private family graveside burial at Old Union Cemetery, Lawson, Missouri. Beverly was born August 27, 1957, in Kansas City, Missouri. She is the daughter of the late Eugene and the late Mildred (Montgomery) Richardson. She married Randall Jay Wendel on May 22, 1986 at Old Christian Union Church in Lawson Missouri. Beverly devoted her life to helping those around her, whether it be at work, in her home, or her daily walk of life. Her proudest life accomplishment was raising her 6 beloved children. Seeing them turn into adults, develop loving relationships, and give to those around them, warmed her heart and made her smile ear to ear. Beverly’s favorite hobbies included gambling at the casino and gardening, oddly enough she hated loosing money and hated snakes. She also loved to travel, especially to tropical regions like, Aruba, Bahamas, and Cancún. She is survived by her husband: Randall Jay Wendel, three daughters: Rachel (Ricky) Heckadon, Cassie (Mark) Howard and Ashley Wendel,, and three sons: Eric (Ruby) Shook, Jason (Monica) Wendel and Grant (Tori) Wendel, Sister of one brother: Steve (Helen) Richardson.
