Obituary of Gary Michael Danner Gary Michael Danner, 53, of Grandview, MO, passed away Wednesday, July 29, 2020, in Overland Park, KS. Visitation will be Thursday, August 6, 2020, from 1-2 pm, the funeral will be held 2:00 pm on Thursday, August 6, 2020, at Hidden Valley Funeral Home Of Kearney, 925 MO-92, Kearney, MO. Gary was born September 5, 1966, in Excelsior Springs, MO. He is the son of the late Edward and Bettie Stimelsky. Gary truly loved his family and spending holidays with them. He also loved sharing his kindness with animals and giving them all the love he had to offer. He enjoyed spending time on the farm and all the adventures to be had there. He loved kids, especially his great niece Kaylee and enjoyed buying her gifts. Gary will be missed by family and all who knew him. Gary’s family would like to give a special thank you to Kinbrook and their staff. Especially Louis Blackshear, Rose Hussey-Foster, Beth Bastain, Royce Moore, Bertha Brown, Helen Spears, Connie Johnson, Nicole Martin, Andrew Gabler, and Laura Gillette. He is survived by two sisters Beth Keithley of Holden, MO and Lynn Mullen of AZ, four brothers; Larry Danner of Richmond, MO, Randy Danner of Warsaw, MO, Steve Danner of Liberty, MO, and Billy Stimelsky of MO, nieces; Ashley Stimelsky, Chelsie Stimelsky, Aubrey Stimelsky, Misty Danner, Shamaine Danner and Pega McElwee, and nephews; William Stimelsky, Braxton Stimelsky both of Lexington, MO, Zack Danner of Odessa, MO. Gary was preceded in death by his parents Edward and Bettie Stimelsky, two sisters Shelly Stimelsky and Kim McGhee, and three brothers; Eddie Stimelsky, William Stimelsky, and Larry Stimelsky.
