She is the daughter of the late Lloyd Edward and the late Lydia Jane (Baker) Johnson. She married William Lee Kirtwright on July 12, 1965 in Missouri City, Missouri. They were happily married 55 years. Together, they had three children, Katheryn, Mark, and Amy. She is in Heaven rejoicing with her Lord and Savior now! She loved to quilt, make porcelain dolls, taking care of her family, and was an avid genealogist. She attended Crescent Lake Christian Center over 30 years. A Godly example of what a Proverbs 31 woman should be. She is survived by her husband: William Lee Kirtwright; two daughters: Katheryn (Mike) Jennings and Amy Kirtwright; one son: Mark Lee (Eileen) Kirtwright; seven grandchildren: Shay Lee Bush, Ashley Kirtwright, Shyanne Sickles, Erik Lee Kirtwright, Mark Lee Kirtwright, Jr, Nicholas Andrews, and Katie Andrews; three great-grandchildren: Ava Andrews, Paisley Wetzel and Lizzie Kirtwright ; one sister: Wilma Hurlbert; and two brothers: Edward (Peggy) Johnson and Steve Johnson. In addition to her parents, Lois was preceded in death by her brother-in-law, Leonard Hurlbert, sister, Della West, and brother-in-law, Gerry West. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made in Lois’s name to the Alzheimer’s Association, Heart of America Chapter, 3846W 75th St, Prairie Village, KS 66208.
